Optimal Fleet Recommendation (OFR) Tool

The OFR module provides:

  1. Comprehensive model that includes productivity analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis for total investment analysis and equipment management process (budget & forecasting, risk management, project control/overview, strategy optimisation).
  2. Comprehensive risk parameter/variables and capability to present risk in value of money.
  3. Integrated technical analysis (work history/record, defect management, asset performance data, technical information, standard and benchmarks) and financial analysis
  4. Sensitivity analysis function to shows the variance to total business/project performance affected by change of each parameter/variable and set the priority.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge base (benchmark, rule of thumb, policy, calculation method, definition, process map, etc) to provide a reliable calculation/projection and standard assumption.
  6. Data collection form/list/tool to help organize data collection in timely manner, defining data source & responsibility to control data completion & quality, and opportunity to automate collection/input process for some data.
  7.  Life cycle costing method provides choices of analysis (output) such as: Gross Cost, Cost Per Ton (or BCM), Cost Per Hour, Life Cycle Cost - Cash Out Flow, Life Cycle Cost - Cash Flow (revenue - cost), Discounted Rate, Undiscounted Rate, Net Present Value, PCV, RVIC and Risk-Adjusted Discount Rate.
