Optimal Fleet Recommendation (OFR) Tool
The OFR module provides:

Life cycle costing method provides choices of analysis (output) such as: Gross Cost, Cost Per Ton (or BCM), Cost Per Hour, Life Cycle Cost - Cash Out Flow, Life Cycle Cost - Cash Flow (revenue - cost), Discounted Rate, Undiscounted Rate, Net Present Value, PCV, RVIC and Risk-Adjusted Discount Rate.
